From the Artist: Tangent is a visual representation of my multi-media art practice which recycles old ideas and feeds off of each one by asserting itself in a new creation.
From the Curator: In a cluttered world, the negative space in this piece creates a refreshing place in my mind. Graphic but balanced. Fun but not trivial. Chartreuse & Orange round out the modern take on this classic 60/70s color palette. This can shine on its own or play a nice tie-in role to pull a group of other paintings together.
